We saw a need for a group inside our college that empowered the women within. We have found that meaningful relationships with people that have similar interests can be powerful, uplifting, and necessary. We hope that by starting this organization, women for years to come will find a home in the field of geosciences as they also pursue whatever their dreams might be.
